Flex Hex develops reconfigurable hexapod fixtures for assembly, welding and manufacturing. The fixtures hold workpieces and can be repositioned manually or by a robot between production batches. The system uses a pneumatic valve to release and activate hydraulic clamping. Its modular fixtures support changes in part geometry without replacing a dedicated fixed jig.
